Born Saginaw Michigan, December 9, 1953; admitted to Michigan Bar, 1980, Michigan.

EDUCATION: Saginaw Valley State University (B.A., 1976), Thomas M Cooley Law School (J.D, 1979).

MEMBER: Saginaw County and Genesee County Bar Associations, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, State Bar of Michigan. Former Institute of Continuing Legal Education faculty member and moderator.

PRACTICE AREAS: Insurance defense, arbitration, insurance coverage, premises liability, personal injury and property damage litigation, products liability, insurance law, Michigan No-fault litigation and claims handling consultant, fire loss, arson, fraud and property loss litigation, builder and contractor liability, intentional torts (slander, rights of privacy). Also serves as an arbitrator and is a trained and approved facilitator.
